May 2009 NewsletterIn This Issue: Welcome From Your ROI Guy, Richard Seppala
Hi, Richard Seppala, Your ROI Guy here - with more valuable marketing ideas that can help boost your ROI! My own personal ROI from my marriage just got a big lift - as I found out my wife is expecting our fourth boy! He'll be joining our five year-old twins, Zach and Cole and our 20 month-old Jacob in their relentless pursuit of destroying our house. Hmmm. Maybe that personal ROI is headed downward again... All kidding aside, it's exciting to add another little ROI Guy to the household. Maybe Mom was hoping for a little ROI Girl this time, but, hey, this is one outcome I really can't influence! And there's big news on the business front as well - the ROI Guy is going international! That's right - we've just begun rolling out our services down under in Australia and soon we'll be all over the world. Business is a universal language, you know - and providing affordable ways to raise revenues makes you popular in any country. Wherever you are, this is a great time to reevaluate your own marketing efforts and make the most of them - and we can definitely help you do that. The economy seems to be stabilizing - we're seeing those "green shoots" that everyone seems to suddenly be talking about - and that means an opportunity to tap into new growth as it happens. With our services, you can completely automate your marketing and your measurement of your ROI from your current advertising with our "ROI Bridge." We can also help you measure the effectiveness of how your staff is handling incoming sales calls from interested prospects. Not only that, but we can plug you into a great WOM (Word of Mouth) system to get the good news about your business circulating through our "I Refer" program. We'll see you again next month with more great ROI tips and tricks. In the meantime...anybody know a good babysitter? Your ROI Guy Product of the Month: "ROI AROUND THE WORLD" Richard Seppala, Your ROI Guy, here to tell you about the latest big news from ROI Guy headquarters. It all started when I started thinking one day about how America has so many great things - and it's a shame we can't share it all with the rest of the world. And I started thinking, well, wait a minute. Am I doing my part? What can the ROI guy do to make the world a better place? Then it hit me - I don't have to stop at just increasing America's ROI - I can increase ROI all over the world! Why should only American small and medium-sized businesses be able to accurately pinpoint how effective each advertising and marketing message is? Why aren't Australians able to capture contact data and immediately upload it into their marketing software for future campaigns? Why shouldn't the French be able to analyze how they handle their incoming sales calls to maximize their revenue potential? Why can't the Irish have an all-in-one completely automated marketing solution too? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the more I thought about it, the more I knew it simply wasn't fair. Yes, I'm proud of the good ol' USA -but all the other countries around the world deserve the opportunity to improve their ROI too. And I'm just the ROI guy to help them get the job done! That's why I'm proud to announce that Your ROI Guy is going global! We're beginning by going down under to bring up Australian's ROI - and then expanding from there. But don't worry - I'll always be your ROI Guy too. And I'll always be here to give wonderful hard-working Americans just like you the best possible solutions to measuring your marketing ROI, handling your incoming new customer calls and automating your contact database. Email me at info@yourroiguy.com to find out what I can do for you. And in the meantime, tell all your Aussie pals to put another shrimp on the Barbie - the ROI guy's comin' to town!

Watch PresentationSuccess StoriesWe have been using Total Census Solutions now for almost a year and have found it to be a very useful tool to help manage our marketing, evaluate, and control our marketing ventures. We have asssigned different tracking phone numbers to different campaigns and can tell exactly how many calls we are receiving from every single marketing piece and do not have to depend on the staff to record the proper refferal source. Just the other day we had to decide if we were going to rerun our yellow pages for next year. We ran the report to see the number of calls we received over the past year and then checked with the amount of patients that scheduled and the amount of production we did. This proved to make our decision so much easier and more important the proper decision for our practice. In addition to providing an awesome tool for evaluating marketing Total Census Solutions has also provided us with a great tool for evaluating the way our phone is being answered and using the recordings as a tool to help train the front desk staff on the proper way to handle the calls. Total Census has proven to be a very important and valuable business tool and we would not think of ever not using it. Dr. Vesna SutterTotal Census Solution allows us to track leads without factoring human error and interpretation making it accurate. Our main focus initially was with our direct mail campaigns. Also through the tracking we found out that our website, which from our old system told us was not a significant referral source, was contribution to 30% of our calls. Another important part we found was our sales staff is performing better now just knowing they are being constantly monitored. We use those recorded calls to refine our conversations and it's an ongoing tool for management. And the most amazing part is we haven't even touched the surface of the capabilities of the data Total Census provides up from their reports. I think it is a good value for the money and I would expect to pay much more because on the quality of the system and their customer service. Bob WerdanV.P. of Sales and Marketing Presbyterian |
